Convoy to Champ Car

Myself and MrsMM are going to be heading off to Champ Car on Saturday, so if anyone is up for a convoy then meet us at South Mimms at 1pm

Yep got email from Phil (BC) about this, going to try to make it up on the Saturday, have children on my own that day as wife at work but seems like the sort of thing they would enjoy .

Probably won't make South Mimms but will hopefully see you guys up there.

we're taking our 2 girls too, 5yrs and 3yrs, so maybe they can all keep each other entertained.

Great to hear more children coming, mine are boy 4 & girl 2 so not dissimilar ages. Will try to do Mimms but don't whatever you do wait for me as god only knows how organised I will be - probably still be clearing up from breakfast at 1 o'clock

We are hoping to go as well, but will need to go up earlier (around 1030am) as have stuff to do later on Saturday. Probably will have left by the time you get there, but if not would be great to see you!!

Would be good to see you again, after our chat at the Tunnel Run / Virginia Water meet. Particularly as we are now back in another Cerbera!

I'm good for M40 J4 (High Wycombe) but as for a time it depends when you'll be passing by. If you kick off at 10:30 probably 11ish?

Sounds like a plan: depending on naps (both of us), myself and myself junior will try to make S Mimms for 1! He`s just started walking and carrying keys......perfect for a dealership visit! Will there be a ball pool?

OK 11.00 at Junct 4 M40 sounds like a good plan. Meet at the hotel car park on the junction if it is easier? as there are not many places to stop.

Ooh this is getting tempting, might well join you guys at the High Wycombe Junction as makes more sense from here for me than Mimms (at least it does now that I have remembered we are going to Bicester and not Silverstone!!! ) - however don't wait for me as my plans are changing by the minute at the moment.

GruffGriff just got your mail and YHM back, but basically are you interested in the above as well, M40 run makes more sense from our neck of the woods?

my husband is the same, if I've been working and get home about 2ish, they will still be in their night clothes and breakfast would have been anything they can reach in the cupboards normally a chocolate bar.

I have to pick my daughter up from ballet at 1130, then we will probably head to south mimms to have some lunch, before heading off just after 1pm, join us for lunch if you want then you wont have any lunch time mess to clear up
