Good sat nav for car/walking

Hi all

Decided to expand my gadget collection with a sat nav device. I am after a unit for between £300-£400 that ideally can have camera locations added, is portable (useful for finding pubs/hotels in foreign cities!) and is easy to use.

Any suggestions out there?
