Just got back from my interior designer''s. Laurence L-B (for it is he) has done a Karmatastic job on the TIV - to be known as ''The Chimaera-Sutra'' from now on. I have little mirrors all over the interior and you won''t believe what he has done to the gear-knob. The interior had been re-upholstered in pastel linen, and the seats are now made of little wood balls. The engine hasn''t been left out either - the exhaust now passes through a special chamber where joss-sticks burn - my exhaust currently has the essence of Sandalwood…… I have a copy of the "Perfumed Garden" in the ''glove'' box should anybody need it. Top Gear is ruining my "Car-ma" - please BBC take it off now….

Did anyone see TG GTI last night on UK Horizons? Car Feng Shui to calm yer kids. Ummmn. I think that bloke needs a little lie down for a bit.... Still. The interesting thing was they quoted a statistic (which all lie, of course) that 7% of accidents are caused by drivers being distracted by children. Since the statistic is that only 6% of all accidents are "caused" by "excessive speed" doesn't this mean that Government effort would be better spent stamping out this horrendous problem rather than focusing on speed limit enforcement? Road Safety Announcement: CHILDREN KILL. Ridiculous. Isn't it?
