Contacting the factory

Hi all,

Does anyone know who I need to email (speak to) at the factory to find out the trim spec for a specific car? I want to identify the colour of the leather so I can buy the correct dye to sort out a few scuff marks.

Do I need to the chassis number or just the reg?

Not sure about the factory contact, but trim details are usually written in the front of your handbook.

Ah ok in that case I will have to wait, don't have the hand book yet!

Your not going to get anyone except an answering machine this week at the factory, it's shut.
And I imagine next week when they are back most people are going to have other issues to deal with......see any of the 'factory' threads for details.

Your local dealer should be able to ID the trim colour as the factory are on the Easter Break till next week if your desperate.
