Well chaps, just wanted to say thankyou for all your help and emotional support over the last eight months whilst I've been TVR-less. It's been agonising, tedious, heart rending and lots of other superlatives, but finally I'm back where I belong.
I'd like to thank my family, my agent, my publisher, my agents dog, my publishers house mate and some bloke I met down the pub, etc etc etc, but particularly:
The Griff lot - you scared me with your hirsute features and facial topiary, but thankyou for putting up with tedious questions that dared to compare your Real Ale car with the Chimpy's Disco Lager.
The Cerbera lot - for letting me still hang out with the big boys occasionally, and for laughing at the hairy Griffy lot who think their cars are soooooo fast. God I miss my AJP V8!
The Chimaera lot - well I've come full circle - Chim to Cerb (plus a car marque we won't mention in these hallowed halls BMW ) and now I'm back in a Chim again. Please be gentle with me and forgive my past transgressions....
Finally, James Agger, top bloke, giggle, and Holy Meister of retro interior decorating, found the car, sorted it all in a ridiculously tight schedule, and came up with the good without batting an eyelid. Highly recommended. Little sod knew he'd found my dream colours anyway, so he didn't have too much work to do!
So on to the important bit:

Prussian Blue dash top, door tops, bolsters

Scarily polished chassis and engine.
Booked in for - sleeved exhaust, replacement rear speakers and head unit. (Had to be done really!)

Oi, I'm a griff owner, and definitely have no facial furniture, and if my car is to be compared with a beverage, then it's Carlsberg Special Brew.

Nice one ,I think you are one of many who have been and will be making there way back to the RV8.At least being a accomplished TVR man you are unlikely to add to the scary numbers of these cars that seem to be killed every year .

Afternoon Rum, yes it's great to be back, and I have been pining for the Fjords like a Norwegian (Rolex) Blue for months. Hope I won't be wrapping it round a tree in the near future, though I have to say at the moment it feels a bit tame..... and slow...... but then anything will feel like it's standing still after a Cerbera!
