Hi all. Anybody know a sympathetic MOT and servicing garage in or around Hatfield or the Garden City ? I live in Kent but the S2 has been in storage for the winter and Ive let the MOT lapse up in WGC. I would be nice to take the car to a garage that has actually heard of the TVR and know what they are doing !!

I asked the same question a couple of weeks back and was recommended Malmech and Mannion in WGC on 01707 336111. A couple of other PHers have taken their TVRs there and the chap I spoke to on the phone didn't sound suprised or phased in the slightest when I told him what car I was booking in.

Hooray, she passed with flying colours! Only hiccough was when I got home I realised that the mileage on the emissions test sheet didn't match the MoT document. Had to nip back down there and they printed off a new one for me.
Top bunch of chaps and cheerful with it, even at 8:30 in the morning. They were really careful putting the car on and off the ramp, word of warning though, be careful when going on and off the forecourt as the kurb is a little high.
Drop them a line about a week in advance for a booking as they were busy this morning - they were testing a car before mine and I got there at 8:30! I would think that they get booked up pretty quickly.
