Champ Cars confirmed at Brands!

According to Autosport, this has now been confirmed for the weekend of May 3-5, running on the Indy circuit. Apparently they have calculated that entry speeds to Paddock Hill bend will be 175mph!!

Can't wait to see this!

I line 20 mins away, so i can make practice, qualifying and the race.

I haven't seen Autosport yet this week, but last year they did an amazing offer... 2 for 1 on all 4 wheeled motoring events.

Octagon are also doing a 2 or 4 wheel season ticket - £100 gets you into every event this year at Brands, Snetterton, Cadwell, Oulton and Silverstone (excluding the F1 GP)!

I wonder why they chose the Indy circuit, you'd think they would have let them stretch their legs a bit on the GP circuit and of course increased the chances of over-taking.

I think they have a problem with the GP circuit. The historic F1 meet changed from the GP to Indy circuit last year at short notice (although the Ferrari Festival was run on it!)

Pitty though - they'd probably hit 200 + on the straight in the woods!
