Starting a new thread as here we're all over the place elsewhere...

So, the embargo is over - what did you learn when you visited the factory?

1) Was the engine started - did the car move?
2) Any comments on the exhaust note?
3) Did they allow you to sit inside and see inside the clams?
4) Is a noddy-horn fitted?!

COME ON, COME ON...

1. NO, the engine was not started & the 'box was not connected. There were also no drive shafts.

2. See Above !

3. Yes, inside is a very pleasant place to be. Lee was asking lots of questions and had some further ideas to minor changes. Inside the clams is the biggest change from the 12. there are boots front and back. Front also holds stereo head unit and changer. Under rear clam shows a truly fabulous engine, drive train and suspension set-up. No doubt this thing will really handle. Doesn't look like there'll be too many cooling issues either. Each turbo has it's own intercooler thats about the same size as the single one in the 12. The engine also sits with plenty of air round it and will be 1000% easier to work on than the 12, everything is pretty much right there in front of you.

4. Didn't think to press it !!
