Squeaky slave cylinder rubbers

the slave cylinder on my clutch is squeaking , its not the clutch springs or release bearing arm , sounds like the rubbers in the slave, maybe with lack of use. Anyone think fresh brake fluid will help.No leaks and good hard pedal .
