Anyone know how to get Viper charged up after battery flatted out?Tried a charger on the usual Red + and _ Earth ground under bonnet but car will not accept a charge,does this mean battery out job?

did it hold a charge after jump start ? no recharge = new battery, (try US Automotive)

Mine was dead too when I tried to start it 2 days ago. Already had an Optimate III battery charger as advised by Leigh but hadn't connected it yet! Still, connected it and left it charging for 1 hour and the car started with a struggle. Since then, I've permanently wired the Optimate and left it on charge. Took over 24 hours to fully charge.

Doubt this helps, but thought I'd pass this info on!

Mine did the same got new battery from USAUTOMOTIVE (ask for Stuart) no probs since.

Thanks Viper Larry,wire to an Optimate 3,SORTED!Nice to hear it howling at 6000 rpm form the depths of my garage!Sounds fantasticccccccccccc!Can,t wait for the warm weather so i can terrorize the locals!
