Morning Chaps,

Right a few questions for the techies!! My digital gauges arrived from america yesterday and I need to fit all the relevant senders so could someone please tell me.........

Where is the speed on the speedo run from???

Where is the water temp sender, and any idea of size???

Where is the Oil temp sender, and any idea of size???

Not sure about the other two but I think the water sender is just before the radiator on the offside of the car in a pipe just behind the front wheel.

speed sensor is front wheel or gearbox( depends on year) quick call to the factory will get the answers.
Which gauges have you gone for??

Thanks for the help guys, I have gone for Dakota Digital Ice blue gauges, worked out quite expensive but they llok great.

I've replaced the Speedo, Rev counter, Fuel Level, Water Temp, oil temp & Pressure, Boost Gauge, Works out about £800 all in.

Graham The weather's been Terrible up here and im trying to get a good pic, but I will get it to you! I have to call you anyway!

Same here - this is something ive been tossing around for a while. Plus you could add more gauges with the 2 or 3-in-1 pieces.

The defi is quite nifty, it'll monitor just about everything & shout if something goes over !
You need to so some fair old wiring though.

Nathan changed his gauges a while back (before he sold) too, so may be able to help with any issues.

On the early cars, water temp sender is indeed OSF water pipe with a junction and a wire coming from it. Speedo will be OSF wheel drilled into the hub carrier. You'd obviously pick that up behind the dash though.

Heh, only if I can find the badge

Just got my Bell intercooler today. What a fince piece of art. Will have it fitted next time I go in for oil change allong with the duct mods that Paul C has encorporated, and an N02 spraybar.

Next will be an oil cooler of some sort - either front mount or side. need more opinions..
