I need to find out who is driving the Noble on the left of the second row. The photo is from the Silverstone parade day and this fine fellow was following me with his digi-camcorder. He promised a copy, I gave him my email address but have heard nothing...

Any ideas anyone - I can't make his plate out, but I think he was infront of V60GTO i.e. the car on the right in the second row. (I'm middle second row)

I was the one on the right in the 2nd row (wingless) - I have some photos taken out of my window (so maybe pointing at the person you are seeking) - I'll dig them out and inspect.

Sure you've got that number right? Tried it on www.rac.co.uk/web/carbuying/vehicle_data_search/ and it doesn't seem to exist.

May not be much help in this case but it's a useful site anyway .

I have looked up two of my current cars' registration marks, both some years old, and neither of them exist either according to that site. Not sure that a statement of non-existence means very much at all.

Yes I think it is a little out of date. The number plate I transferred to my Noble is still shown as being on my M3.

Not even sure if they use the letter "O" in number plates anyway - could be LJ04 MGL...

I do remember the chap was going to be driving the gumball rally this year - can't be too many with the time or money for that! I heard a rumour that Pamela Anderson might be driving in it - thinking about selling the wife to go
