MG Metro anti run on valve

Hi, I am finding that the MG Metro engione in the Clubbie is running on whenever I switch it off. Now I seem to remember my old MG Metro had an anti run on valve onthe bulkhead, with a pipe to the manifold. Anyone got a spare they care to sell?

We used to joke about the running-on with high comp engines in rally cars that you could switch off, go in for breakfast, and it would still be running on when you came out to continue the event.
I just put my car in 1st with the clutch down, switch off and let the clutch in as I do so - with the brakes on, of course.
