Hi,

I'm new to this forum. I'm currently looking at running a Grantura in Historic hillclimbs and the occasional race in Italy, so the car would need to run under "Appendix K".

The difference between the MK2 / 2a and the Mk3 seems to be the suspension. Does the Mk2's suspension give it any particular handling vices?

Does the Mk2a run in period 'E'?

Who are the best people to get in touch with for advice on preparation?

Does anyone know of any suitable cars on the market at the moment?

Sorry for so many questions on my first post

Paul

Have a look at the Grantura registry under

http://people.zeelandnet.nl/serel/

and you will find a lot of racing Granturas and their owners!

Hi Paul. Do your references to appendix K and period E refer to UK regulations or Italian. Everyone has different ideas of where to start with a racecar project, are you looking for a good sound complete running and legal car or do you want to start with a box of bits sTeVeR
