Hows it going..! anyone know where i can get a vmax for my m3 e36...?

Only thing I can suggest would be a rolling road.
My E36 3.0 M3 got up to 165mph on a RR.
However you dont have air resistence etc on these things.
And air resistance is the biggest factor in limiting your vmax so kind of pointless really doing it on a rolling road.
I suggest a motorway in Germany, bruntingthorpe isn't long enough for true vmax to be hit in an M3.
I hit 163mph in my AC Schnitzer CS at Bruntingthorpe, but it took ever ounce of power from the AP Racing brakes to stop safely!
Nowhere in the UK you can hit vmax legally (if it standard then it will be limited to 155mph, but this is usually a bit leniant and you should see 160ish)
