How long do a company have to charge you?

I ordered some parts for my build last year and thought I paid for them at the time.
But I got an email from the company yesterday saying they have not received a payment.

Now I admit I should have checked my statement, but is there not a time limit?

As it play's havoc with the finances, dam company.......

Sorry for any confusion these parts and query were not in any way related to the Ultima Factory it was a 3rd party reseller.
Any how its all sorted out now.

LJ this is your orginal quote !!

You state you ordered some parts for your build - it is safe to assume if this is an Ultima forum you meant Ultima
The factory asked you for the chassis number because they have no record of you owning a chassis!!

You damn the company - which we assume is Ultima factory

Then you say its a big mistake !! It is another company !!

In fairness to LJ, I had to re-read his original post and realised that he was talking about a 3rd party supplier - not Ultima.

One thing I will say about the factory, they are really on the ball when it comes to payment!

You buy something over the phone, you can almost guarantee to get the reciept in the post the next day!! That's what I call efficient.

Because of my good dealings with Ultima Sports it never occured to me that anyone would think LJ was referring to them! I read it as a third party source from the beginning and didn't think otherwise until the Ultima factory (to be precise) responded and I could see what was being thought. Although most of us speak roughly the same language, everyone reads things differently. I have not and will not willing offend anyone in this public forum. If I have an issue.....I'll handle it via email. If I have or do offend someone here....my apologies....
