My current aggravation is my failure to forget my ex girlfriend and move on to a meaningful relationship . . . anddddd the stress trying to peddle a job, a girlfriend, a degree, a job application deadline and a degree application deadline all at once

That's what women do, they eat into your psyche, your very soul, making you feel only half a person unless they are around you. When you say "forget" do you mean get over her, or are missing her?

both. neither. god knows. all part of their plan, stop you knowing what you really feel

My Missus - She's just bought some Jimmy Shoos - Should be able to sort myself out a Maser Coupe as compensation soon enough.

You should be happy she bought the fake ones.... if she had bought some Jimmy Choos, you'd be even more skint...

What do I know about shoes? Isn't this a car forum? She'd just prefer me to get a Ford FockArse or Mundaneo.

And she won't let me buy a Maser either (reference to some other poor bloke who has an evil missus that likes Jimi Chews too...)

Edited to say, I might not be able to spell Jimmy Far Quit Shoos either, but at least I can spell Maserati. Hey - six mumpfs ago I cornt even spow ingineer, now I is wun...

I think I've done some speeling mis steaks - sorry -

Looming redundancy, and finishing my house, and my garden is beyond scope, also my dog really wants a playmate.

Redundancy here too. if I stay I will drop quite a fair amount of cash and face a lot more traveling costs
cars still not fixed and all women do my head in.

Other than that I'm fine.

Hey Adam, dont worry about me im ok, its still the same ex i was hung up on when i last saw you if you remember, but ive embarked on a slag safari (a nice phrase coined by harry flashman) for the past year to clear my mind! Are you still seeing that girl from Pfaffenhausen? In fact i will drop you a mail so we dont clutter the board up . . .

Jeez...... Getting hooked up with the worlds best woman. Apart from she has 3 kids, an abusive ex-husband and is in the process of divorcing him. It's messy, drawn out and yours truly feels in the dark. It's been an education but is by far the hardest thing I have ever dealt with. I'm a problem solver, I sort my messes out but in this case I am paralysed. It's a nightmare and I hope all the mental strain will be worth it. There is a bit of the brain which I propose to call "Stu's area" which forms very strong emotional bonds with the most highly improbable women! It's like gambling, the more you bet, the bigger the buzz! I'm not convinced I'm onto a winner. It's like selling your house and buying 1 lottery ticket with it. It's had the effect of making me feel bloody insecure which isn't good.

Well I am still alive, I have my eyesight although I lack vision, I have my hearing but not the ability to hear and I have all 4 limbs and the use of them and for that I am truly grateful because it's been too close for cigars at times.

I'm also not having to cope with the loss of a loved one, only what might have been.

Apart from that the rest of my life is what nightmares are made of.
I have realised one thing over the last few years or so, the mind and body can only absorb so much stress before they either shut down or somehow accept and adapt it.

Any skydivers want to take me on in a low pull contest ?
