I think that there is no way that man has set foot on the moon...The technolagy was ludicrously dated compared to now and the documentries that examine the evidence rip the `official` story to shreds..
Why aren`t we still there building space stations etc. It`s gonna take a sh*tload of dollers to do it again as Bush is suggesting..I`d like to see them try... the space suits need to protect against exremes of temperature and radiation and be usable enough to move around in... Yeah right..Dress up some guys in it then and go and clean up 3 mile island..
Don`t we need the gravitational electromagnetic `shield` of the earth to survive in space as the radiation would kill you in no time... Anyway...I just don`t think the American goverment told the truth!...Any ideas on this subject ..?
No I`m not mad, just a cynical b******d

You are talking total misinformed rubbish.

This subject has been debated many times.

www.badastronomy.com will show you how much nonsense this conspiracy theory is.

Blimey, I thought I'd created a hot potato thread.

This has been discussed many times. There's a million websites for and against.

My personal opinion is that to really successfully create a fake moon landing programme, including live-sixe fake models to trundle to Cape Canaveral would have been just as difficult as an actual moon shot so why bother faking it?

The flag was on a rod and it's bottom was weighted. If you jiggle the pole it's on of course it 'waves' the moon lacks atmosphere not inertia.

I love the way people get so irate when this is suggested!

Well the Russians have annouced plans to mine the moon in a few years, as have the Chinese, so we'll find out sooner or later I guess.

Think someone would have spilled the beans by now, and the Russians would have had a field day if they thought otherwise. Apart from the fact it did happen, they are two of the good reasons to believe it.
