Hi folks,

I have a pair of boots (Cats) and a pair of shoes made from leather, but they have a sort of matt finish (not shiny leather, but not suede either).

I have sprayed them with that aerosol "protector" stuff, but they are getting marked and there are a couple of scuffs on one.

What can I do to clean them? Obviously polish is no good...

Haven't cleaned a pair of shoes for a while, I just pick up a new pair of shoes in ASDA when the old ones start looking a bit dull.

If I want to refresh 'rough' looking shoes, I just reach for my angle grinder...

If you have any crépe rubber use that to remove any scuff marks or go into a Clarks store and ask for a cleaning block.
