Yeah Crafty, chuffed to bits to have all the stuff to hand. Does help whn you wannsa check how parts fitted later on in the build will look against items you are currently fitting.

Two weeks in and the panels are in, pipes, hoses, pedals, suspension (minus one wishbone), cables, loom, seats and gear linkage in.

Body prefit this weekend.

Engine is ready at AS and ordered the box from Richard today.

Guess you have trained your partner not to scream at you every time you even look like going to the garage, and you must have told your job that you have the little-known-but-serious long-term illness 'Ultimatic deficiency syndrome'!

Well, I've the deadline of the 9th July to meet - the Cannonball Run! My partner wants to drive a fast car in it, so her wish.......and all that! The up side is that evenings and weekends are the Ultimas - for the next six months - no arguments!

Come on 5.30 - hubs, TR ends and steering arms to etch prime!
