I'm having a strange week this week, thought perhaps someone could provide a little input as its seriously messing with my mind.

I cant seem to stop thinking of my ex, something will happen and it will remind me of her, or someone will say something and a memory trips... We were very good friends after the breakup but drifted out of touch about 18 months ago ish.

Its been close to three years now since we broke up, she's still with the slime she cheated on me with (not bitter - honest!)I'm in a happy 2 year relationship, nothing wrong on that front.

The killer was about ten mins ago when dialling through a list of clients to update records, I've dialled her mobile on autopilot (thank god I got voicemail!).

Am I losing the plot or does anyone else have moments like this?

Love/Hate.

Very very close. Know what I'm talking about. Prob. never will get the ex out of my head. If you ever loved someboyd intensely, I don't think you ever will, no matter what happened.

On some levels it's complete s**t, but I can deal with it.

I get this too occasionally. I think it's normal.

Letting Rich pork her is less normal - shoddy oversight, there.

They always come back which says something about his poor technique though

If you was my mate or son,
Stop remaniscing(sp),youve got a good lady now from the sound of it so move on with her.
Its natural to feel the way you are because you probably had good times aswell as the bad with the ex, but youve done it before and you got hurt.
Let it stay in the memories.

Maybe its telling you its a good time to have an honest talk to your present lady about how things are happening between you both and where you can strengthen the relationship.

Seriously you have obviously moved on.. but its normal to look back at past relationships etc and make comparisons.

Luckily you have shared yours with the internet community, and for those interweb geeks that think ladies are a mouseclick and andrex away. They can now use your experiences to fabricate their own false relationships to masterbate to.

Not true, actually, only have ever had 2 long-term (over 3 months) relationships - last one was nearly 6 years. Miss ex-Lady F occasionally. It doesn't help that a year of being single has returned her to the lithe, superfit self she was when I first met her. Why do women always do this? Not playing fair.

I have mainly spent my year of singledom eating chips. This is far more productive.
