Vinyl repairs

There are one or two small blemishes on the interior vinyl on my Griff, scuffs mainly & one small hole. I don't think they are worth a full professional repair/retrim but I do want to prevent them getting any worse through daily wear & tear. The SH method seems a little complex - I do not want to have to remove the whole door trim to repair it from behind.

Does anyone have any product that would just seal the blemishes or cover them over? I had considered using nail varnish (but can't find the right colours/afraid to be spotted in Boots lurking around the make-up counter!) or even the "plastic skin" that we sometimes use for minor skin wounds. Any thoughts?
