Exporting a video in Premier

[diddyman]

I have a basic video from the Tunnel Run last wekeend that is approx 7 mins long. In Premier 6 there seem to be so many "settings" for and "types" of video to be useable on the web, but I ain't got a clue which to use to make it a mangeable and viewable size.

Any suggestions please?

Cheers!
