Visit to Barmouth/Wales...

My sis is home from the US, so my mum, sis and I all buggered off to a place called Barmouth, (where we used to go quite often when wee sproggs... A bit of a nostalgia trip), and took a few pics. No idea how to do PS, so you'll have to make do straight out of the camera, with just a crop! Not exactly pro shots, but I like em. A bit of PS skills would not go amiss, but unfortunately I'm a dumbass when it comes to PS...

Nice pics, I went to Barmouth in 1993 (and again in 1994).

First time I went was on Outward bound with Fords, and I walked over the old viaduct

Also did some abseiling/rock climbing on the cliffs above the town.

Love that one of the railway bridge. Brings back memories...

I went to Barmouth in 1990 for an outward bound course - had to "run a mile over water" as a task.

I remember that ruddy bridge....

We used to go every weekend.. (Yes, I mean EVERY weekend)... used to take the trailer tent, and spend time in the hills, and on the beach, and spend our pocket money in the little 50p shop that used to be in the centre. I loved it. I much prefered having lots of little holidays, rather than one big one in spain or somewhere...
