It's been around here before ('cos I took it):-

And those good folk on the tube giving us an unintentional laugh:-

(I love the phrase "reliability fault" and the fact that they were urging people only to use the (admittedly unreliable) lift in emergencies. At such a time you'd really hope it would be reliable, but sod's law suggests that it wouldn't...)

Finally, not a sign, but a form. Staggering, really.

Just a series of roadsigns I saw near Knaresbrough last week:

"For Wetherby follow existing signs".

A bit odd eh?

On the roadsigns theme, I vaguely remember from Devizes (or the vicinity) about 15 years ago, there used to be a sign:

Cats Eyes Removed

These are right outside my house at the moment... can you see the deliberate mistake?

The road marked 'unfit for motor vehicles' (the road the traffic is being diverted onto) is COMPLETELY shot, with huge potholes, constant deep flooding and to be honest, a car wrecker. I've checked the council mandate, and the prats have put the signs up on the wrong road. I've told them... have they moved them? Have they F***.

They probably don't have a 'diverted traffic' sign that points right.
