Anyone bought any Kobe Beef in the UK?

Looking for a supplier for some nice steaks, any links appreciated :_)

I'll have a word with the brother in law.

He manages one of the only herds in the UK.

Harrods do it but its imported Japanese stuff, £50 a kg from memory.

Had a couple of steaks and a burger over Christmas, its lovely.

They actually rear Kobe beef in the US now as well. Not sure if it's the same quality as the authentic stuff from Japan, but I believe the livestock originate from a Japanese herd.
