Can anyone recommend a hypnotist preferably in London who will make me not want to smoke without cheekily getting me to have sex with pigs whilst under?
Thanks

Is this a serious request?

If so, I'm sure I saw Paul McKenna has a book and tape available similar to his weight loss one.

Look into my eyes, look into my eyes, the eyes, the eyes, not around the eyes, don't look around my eyes, look into my eyes, you're under.
You WILL give up smoking!

3..2..1.. You're back in the room !

sorted !

Try Allen Carr seminar thingy... worked for me, about the same price as hypnosis and you get your money back if it doesn't work (it didn't for my wife and she got her money back).

"The Easy Way" it's called

Try the book first. Worked for me, the missus, and loads of friends. Much cheaper than his course (£7 rather than £150), and if it doesn't work, try the course.

Hello thanks for the replies.
Yes it is a serious request.
Ive already stopped smoking but need to do anything possible that may help.
I'd mentally dismissed Alan Carr because what i've heard gets on my nerves.
I know its bad for me and thats why I've stopped which renders his teachings slightly irrelevant.
I simply want do pop out one lunchtime and have a one-off dose of hypnotherapy to help me stop feeling like suicide/muder.

See, that's what I thought having read the book and failed to quit BUT just one thing clicked for me in the seminar and it was different to the "I know" stuff... meant I quit honestly, genuinely easily. Aside from a few days of proper physical nicotine withdrawl I've had no withdrawl what-so-ever. Got to be worth a punt, surely! Risk free. Money back etc!

I stopped 2 years 9 months ago and read the Alan Carr book the day after. 30 rollies a day for 20 years and stopped just like that. Try the seminar, you've got a lot to gain.

Easy Way - Buckinghamshire.

This is the one I used. Not sure where you are but if you get in touch with her, she'll no doubt be able to give you a name.
