Trying to get hold of Bimmer-e30 after her very kind offer to help me out.
She gave me the 11 didgit number to get through to the main line which then asks me to input my number (which I dont have!) and then go through touch tone questions. She gave me her 4 didgit extention number to get straight through to her branch but I don't know how to type that in!! I tried doing it as soon as I got through but it just said my mobile number wasn't recognised.

It's probably very simple and I've being thick but help!

When it asks you to put your number in put the 4 digit number in.

Odd.

Can't think what it might be then, could be they have diverted their office line to their mobile but the divert isn't working properly, if you are dialing from a mobile the exchange is having problems with it (try a land line if so) or maybe the number's wrong.

I'm calling from a land line but it's to a mobile network company which is why they're asking for my number.

have you tried dropping the last four numbers of the main line and replacing with the ext no?
