Sorry for the blatant plug guys but I know a lot of you will be interested - I am selling a set of M series Chrome bumpers on e bay - all brand new chrome and shiny

Jusy a comment...In Your ad on ebay I think your quoting the prices for the Stainles steel versions rather than the Chromed versions

Yes, chrome bumpers were fitted from 1971 - 1974 with the onset of crash control in the USA rubber bumpers were then fitted as standard. Please note that the chrome/stainless steel ones are almost impossible to retro fit to later cars as the rubber versions flex to pull up to the bodyshell.
