Left Hand Drive?

Does any one know how easy it is to change a right hand drive Elise S1 to left hand drive or is there a reasonably priced dealer selling LHD Elises, to date I have only seen silly prices, any ideas? Thanks Smiler

changing from RHD to LHD takes about 20 hrs and 1500,- € for parts (steering rack, dash panel, wiper motor etc.). Stefan on seloc.org will be better at answering your questions.

for LHD cars Germany is probably the biggest market. Have a look at www.mobile.de or www.autoscout24.de

I plan to do the conversion to my car.
The problem with the LHD cars in Germany is that they're way to expensive. I'd be looking at 5-6000GBP more for a similar car and for that money I can easily convert mine and still have money left.
Also a lot more to choose from in the UK. There's not that many Elises in Germany hence the high prices
