Selling a TVR to Germany

As some of you may know i am currently selling my 2000 Tuscan, today i had an enquiry from Germany, at first i thought it was a possible SCAM but he seemed to ask the right questions, the possible "buyer" asked for a C.O.C document/certificate so the car can be registered in Germany? Can any one help with this one?

TVR doesn't have COC papers for all current modells.

So no one can import a 2000 Tuscan to Germany then Christof?

There are new emission rules from 2000 onwards, so there is no "official way" for importing a Tuscan to Germany.

The german guy can drop me a line and I will see what I can do...
