Voice overs

Anyone know how to identify voices, by the advert they appear on.

In particular, its the,
Niquitine ad,
which I think has the actor (Robert webb)

or 'Robin' from


the smoking room

Off topic, but does anyone know if Pauline Fowlers boyfriend of EastEnders did voice overs for anything? His voice sounds very familiar, and its doing my head in. The Mrs watches enders btw, not me, honest!

The guy's names is Ray Brooks. Apart from Mr. Benn, he's done loads of advertg voice overs. There was a time when he had the market more or less to himself. Fair play to him!!

I like the voice of the recycle ads,the bloke sounds a right nutta ,but i cant place the face?
I think the "YES" car credit girl is now doing the MFI ads,but shes brushed up on her accent slightly.

quite often they use sound alikes and impressionists, its alot cheaper than using the proper "star" so to speak

correct lithp' but wrong voice ever so slightly
