I got a pair of candles, about a foot long each, which are supposed to be lit and then inserted into your ears (for health purposes, although the instructions have a disclaimer saying they make no claims that putting the candles in your ears will be of benefit to your health)

Its utter poppycock of the highest order mate. Whoever bought them has been had. The wax that appears to have been removed is the wax that coats the paper.

My missus got a very tasteful dinner plate thing (best way I can think of describing it) off her grandad. He'd shown her it in one of those free magazine things and being the polite sort, she said 'that's nice' in a polite, it's not really nice, kind of way. Look on her face when she actually unwrapped it was superb It's either going in the loft or on ebay I think

If someone gave me Darth Tater, I would be in a state of bliss (for at least ten minutes).
