tell me about it - i'm going to have to endure the great unwashed in watford tomorrow. Maybe its me but i've noticed that anybody with a pram is intent on hunting me down and either doing the backs of my shoes in or to block my path. If they just were more aware of people around them it wouldn't be so bad. Selfish barstewards - stay out of doorways !!

Another one is when you are perusing something like music or dvd's, and someone decides to come and stand in front of you - oblivious that you were in fact looking at the same shelf. I just cant understand the rudeness/ignorance of some people !

Anyway - good luck out there !

Steve

I went into HMV in Manchester, no one was browsing they were all queing to pay.
So I turned round and straight back out.

Why the hell do people take children/prams into town in the busiest week I'll never know.

At least I knocked a couple of toddlers over, well if they will run or stop infront of me, what do they expect..? made me feel better though

Still a couple of pressies to get tomorrow, so will have to do it all again.

Christmas shopping?

Fight the hoardes? Me? Not likely. The internut is my friend.

Amazon delivered most of my family's gifts, just a few little things to buy in person but mostly delivered to my door. £3 a pop and they wrap and gift card everything too. Job done.

Yep, Ive gone and done it again - I promised myself I would NOT be shopping on Xmas eve this year but lo and behold here we are and Im still several important pressies missing...

What makes it worse is that I have to go into hell (town) after having completed my 12 hour night shift...patience is going to be in short supply.

Happy f Christmas

Rule number 1 in my life is never to visit shops in december it just takes the fun out of chirstmas, seems good will to men on earth goes out the window.

The internet did me fine again this year just have to plan ahead a little bit and Christmas becomes fun again.

I will have blokes coming into Emporio Unrepentant as late as 4.49pm this afternoon looking for something for the wife. I sold a bloke a barometer yesterday for over £1000 for his missus. You would think that if he was going to spend a grand on the wife's pressie he would have done something about it before 23rd Dec........ Still one year a guy came in on the afternoon of the 24th and spent considerably more than that on a Georgian work table. What would he have done if I hadn't had anything!
