Turkey cooking times?

Got my turkey and it gives the cooking time....3hrs and 50 mins

.. great i think.... however this does not include the weight of my stuffing...

Looked on the instructions and it doesn't give any times per pound or kilo. The bird is 7.2 kgs or just shy of 16lbs in old money.

Now I remember you have to give it an initial blast for about 40 mins slightly hotter but how long is is per pound (or kilo if youn prefer) and at what temp for a fan oven....

It has been a couple of years since I cooked it last and I refuse to phone my mother for instructions...

thats the same size as ours is, I will wrap ours in foil, start it off at 180c for an Hour (fan oven, equates to 200c in conventional oven)to get it going, then reduce the heat to 170/180 for about 5 to 5 1/2 Hours
