Wonder what the final mileage was on the S1 hack that Lotus used to have at Hethel?

IIRC any employee could sign it out so long as they promised to put enough miles on it over the time.

That was well over the 100k mark when I saw it parked up by the control tower at the test track. Looked tatty as hell mind, that had been abused something rotten!

Ive seen one in for a service with 150K miles on it...dunno if it was original engine though

was doing 30K a year in mine, but had a 2nd car now for over a year so only up to 68K on a June 02 car.......

I might compete for lowest milage, but think someone mentioned an S1 Exige with only a 1000miles, so I wouldnt win there either

There was an S1 for sale in Germany some months ago with less than 1000 miles on it. Had been in a showroom all it's life.
