a really Helpful employee from 'A Bank' helped me to obtain a Mortgage within a few hours,
sitting with me to complete all the forms and get in touch with my solicitor etc.

seeing as the useless shower in their Kingston, Surrey branch could not sort one out for me in two flippin' weeks - 'Computers Says No', not having the correct forms, going off to Ibiza/Faliraki the next day and losing my forms (yes, you know who you are) -
i was pleasantly surprised by the City of London branch.

she was damn fit as well. think she was hinting at a job and wanted to be my P.A. - that's obscure job titles for you... unfortunately i am so far down the food-chain i could only dream of having my own P.A so if anyone can offer such a post...

Write a letter to the Chief Executive, mark it "private and confidential".

Simply explain in the letter what happened and describe the excellent service provided by his fit employee who is a shining example and a paragon of virtue etc

The letter will probably make his day, he wades through acres of paper ever day all normally containing complaints, he will in turn send down his heartiest congratulations and thanks to the young lady, who will without doubt be ever so grateful that you drew her good service to the attention of the powers that be.

After that its up to you, but dinner and a blow job by way of thanks should well be in your grasp..........

Cheers,

Tony

Bankingspeak for "face to face " , I personally like F2C service - sadly unavailable at my local branch

Send her some flowers. She'll love it, appreciate it and you might get a jump out of it too.

Face to face. Though most banks offer the AAF ( as in arse about ....) option.

Customer care - now that's an oxymoron.
