Following my friend tragically passing away on Friday (RIP Nick) it got me thinking about a few things.

I'm only 22 (23 on Thursday) but I know i'm not immortal so i'd like to get a few things written down that i'd like to happen if I pass away.

I have nothing to give everyone (apart from student debts) but i'd like it noted that i don't want flowers at my funeral i'd like donations to the BHF etc.

Can I just write it all down in a letter and give it to my brother with instructions not to open it unless something happens to me (I obviously don't want him reading it) or do I have to do something more legally binding?

Sorry for the mobid thoughts of this threads but just something I think I need to do sooner rather than later.

Thanks,

Phill

I think once you're brown bread you have no rights and all bets are off. The will won't get you the funeral you want. I would just discuss it with NOK to make sure your wishes are followed through.

Personally, I want to be cremated and my ashes scattered in Kylie's lingerie drawer.
