It looks like the car was doing a hell of a speed before hitting the cyclist, nevertheless, the cyclist should've checked over his shoulder before veering to the right.

it was doing about 80kmph according to the speed reading at the bottom.

Bit of both as regards blame there. Car wasn't paying attention to the cyclist, cyclist was in a world of his own.

Personally I think they should share a cell for being so stupid.

Don't think I've seen this jump video yet, I've just rebuilt this PC and can download the video and play it but it's multi-coloured unless I'm having some acid flashbacks

Must be missing some codecs I guess, I've installed Realplayer and WM 10 and DIVx but no joy yet..
