I concur. They all seem to have a freakishly vacant look in their eyes.

I love babies, but I couldn't eat a whole one.

Yes, they're models. I don't know what's weirder; the fact that this lady makes them, or the fact that people buy them.

On eBay.

Those women need some psychiatric help, the one who makes them is bad enough but the ones who BUY them? [shakesheadinutterbewilderment]

Hmmm, think I might order one for my christmas dinner table centrepiece, it would make a good candleholder with a bit of tinsel around it.

One left around the office in strategic locations could provide some japery.

I entirely agree. I've seen this things before - absolutely freaky IMHO.

But then I don't really understand the appeal of Dolls in general - especially those large collectors ones. At a craft show a while ago I saw this stand that was selling these life-size dolls of toddlers that were designed to stand in the corner. They had upset or crying expressions as they had supposedly been "naughty".

WTF is that all about?

Thats crazy. Babies are so boring with parents around they won't race them or anything. But imagine what you could do with these in the park etc. "I bet I can throw mine higher", "Well I can throw mine over the lake and get my dog to retrieve it"

Sick. Anyone who buys one either needs a psychiatrist or is having some kind of therapy.
