Headlight height

I was reading through some of the Regs for registration in OZ and noticed that you are required to have your headlights no less that 500mm from the ground. Now assuming that I set the Ultima suspension up to give 110mm of ground clearance under the car, at what height would the head light assemble come in at.

Can someone confirm that High and low beams are the two upper most globes, and that park and indicators are the lower of the two on the front of an Ultima.

They check about 500mm from ground to bottom of headlight.

sounds good.
should be able to get away with small adjustments to the ride height and tyre sizes to get through thoes requirements, but it should be close to a pass as is.
