Ferrari Enzo in reality
Discussion
After seeing the initial press shots in Evo I thought it was horrid and really didnt understand where Ferrari were going.
Then I saw it at the Motorshow, and whilst I didnt see it that up close, it really is breathtaking in the flesh.
I dont for one minute think its beautiful in the same way as the 355 or the 50's TestaRossa but it is most definately fit-for-purpose so to speak.
A technological triumph.
Matt.

Hey Trackdemon!!
Would love to see you tomorrow but I will not be in.... you're more than welcome to pop in though (as is ANY enthusiast) - Ajay will be in tomorrow very early but I think he'll be out collecting footage later .... The Enzo however may well be there all day.
BTW - Daz - the enzo only arrived today I think - Frostie actually told me about it (went for a quick blast in his 550..... you guys KNOW how much I love this car...)
Basher,
Just had a butchers at your Cerby on ze profile; great stuff.
The interior is one of the all time greats, IMHO and your colour scheme works brilliantly.
Just one objection and please, feel free to deride if you feel it justified! That is, this business of whacking Tuscan spiders on -
I've always thought there to be an angular srength and more appropriate brutishness to the original 4.5 alloys. Having said that, I think I now do prefer the new headlamp set up.
Whatever, fabulous piece of kit. Just sitting in 'em is a rush; what happens post starter button is just wild. Do you still have the car?

No - had to sell it really as I wanted the 355 and I thought it was not prudent to have two sports cars as they would not get used fully......nothing comes close to it in a straight line but the ferrari is a totally different experience all together.....
As for the spiders - IMO they just make the car look a loit more evil...and they fill the arches nicely.....

I've just seen a rosso Ferrari Enzo in the metal for the first time..... It's available to see at "the well known dealer" near us...I was able to get up NEXT to the car and peer inside too...
Pretty ? NO!
Awesome? For sure!
Manu,
Quite agree, saw the Enzo at the NEC awesome!!
Sounds like another trip to Egham soon is on the cards.
ITS AMAZING.......... just amazing..
Haven't been on for a while boys. Working hard as always. Hope the cars are running well and the bank accounts are commingly along nicely for the next one.
***Simply wonderful news to tell***
Just found out that an Enzo has been purchased by Mrs MARA's father. I knew he'd been offered one but hadn't heard anything so didn't get my hopes up. I am quite sure I will cream my pants come delivery day. You can bet I'll drop just about anything to get first(or probably second)drive.
It's a hot one here today in Miami and I'm off to watch my boys kick major buttock at the Nasdaq. Tomorrow we're all off to the Playboy party to get the weekend off the to right kind of start. Just waiting for something to go wrong now

Hey MARA
With your father having an F40 and the Mrs's father having an Enzo isn't it about time you ditched the TVR idea, cut Mrs Mara's handbag allowance and bought an F50.
If you bought one and brought it to a PH meet, it might stop Manu give Kevin (of 456mgt fame) a hard time. There again maybe it wouldn't.
