Navigating car parks need adding to the driving test.

I completely forgot about this until reading about the M3 Sock oil cap thread... I was parking in a multi-story car-park today and was behind a woman doing the same in-front of me from the entrance. She was in an old Nissan (I think). I always park right at the top because there’s more room and less chance of people bashing my doors. Anyway, on driving (at a safe distance) behind her I get the distinct impression she has no licence:
Prang 1). The car pulls around the entrance barrier and scratches the side of the curb; she didn’t seem to notice...
Prang 2). Two floors up her attempt to park in a motorbike space (which is 1/3 of the width of a normal car) results in crashing into the barrier on the right hand side (cant believe she didn’t see this coming!). Gets out takes a quick look at the huge dent in the bumper and wing and gets back in, reverses, carry’s on up.
Near miss 3). She attempts to park in the first space 180 degree's around from the ramp up to the next level up and nearly goes wide into someone else’s car.
Prang 4). By this point my girlfriend is cracking up in disbelief - finally on the top level with not much to hit she parks inline with a space.... only to forgetting to stop, 'donk'
I could no believe it and neither could the guy behind me!
Maybe I should have reported her

"The thing I think is so unfair is that they're taking my driving licence away because they say I can't see any more. Well dear, as you know, I've only got another week to go on my licence, so I'm making the most of it. I've hardly been out of the car this last week, dashing to and fro as fast as I can to make sure that I get round everybody before they ban me. I think I must have done a thousand miles already this week."
