I had Liz round yesterday

Queen Elizabeth is in Malta for the Commonwealth Heads of Government summit at the mo. As part of her official engagements, yesterday she formally opened the marina where my apartment is. How cool is that?

Shame I wasn’t there at the time or I’d have invited her and Phil in for tea

No it's in Grand Harbour south of Valletta. Portomaso is very nice

The other half is Maltese and her sisters boyfriend is the editor of the local paper. He was given the coice of interviewing ER or Blair (no brainer I think)

Nah. That's Portomaso as mentioned before. A 1 bed on the ground floor with a view of the resturant outside is as much as I paid for a 3 bed on the 3rd floor with a view like this where I am:

Stop it, looking out of the window here at the cold weather.........its not fair. Have been to Malta and Gozo quite a few times and love it there, can't wait to get back.
