Looks like everything has just gone tits up on the my new premises, I'm now left with 5 weeks to find an alternative for my business..

Anyone in Surrey know of any Farms or isolated industrial estates which have some spare space?

Cheers,

Charlie

If its not too far away, there are a lot of premises up for grabs in Boringstoke and not a dyno for miles.
Sorry to hear about that vixpy.

Sorry to hear about that Vixpy.

Is it tough finding suitable premises where you are?

Boringstoke is just too far from London to make it worthwhile

No worries but worth some thought if you get stuck Buddy,45-50 mins from waterloo,15 mins further on down the M3 from where you are now, loads of empty places(prob some good deals to be had).
Like i say just a thought if you get stuck.

Drop me a line through my profile (I can't seem to get an e-mail link on yours)

I don't know if Sussex will be too far, but I've got all the space (noisy space too) that you need

Can you not negotiate the fitment of sound deadening?

Two layers of plasterboard, an couple of sheets of isolator and a few floater bars is going to kill a lot of the noise if you can run without the doors being open.

If you find any decent sources of rural units in Berkshire could you drop me a line.

I'm looking for exactly the same thing at the moment, got a couple of leads but its tricky...

Have you seen the cost of rolling roads?

If I had that sort of money I'd be looking for a couple of acres in a depressed eastern european shithole and retiring!
