Car audio advice in the South West please

Hi all

Picked up my new Cerb yesterday and the current Pioneer(swimming dolphins) seems to be pretty decent, but the speakers aren't great and need alot more bass. I thing I need some form of a speaker upgrade and a bass unit fitted within the helmet holder. Can anyone recommend someone in the South west of England.

I don't think Sextons exist in Bath anymore...they are not where they use to be anyway.The guy at Liquid ice in Yeovil ( lynx trading estate IIRC )has done a couple of TVR upgrades and the prices are more competitive than some of the bigger retailers aswell.Probably a 40 min blast along the A303 for you.There was a distinct lack of grommets on the install they done for me.Just makes me wonder what other shortcuts they took!

Sextons are VERY expensive though, I'd try a few smaller companies, a lot are just as professional at a fraction of the price, I won't tell you how much Sextons quoted me to install my SatNav!

I'd go with Turnbulls in Plymouth. They've been there for 50 years but not always as an ICE dealer. They're pushing Kickers 'Yankee' speakers at the mo. Seem nice enough but dont have them on a demo stand yet. You could always import some MB Quart speakers from Germany, even at the euro rate at the mo, most on ebay are still cheaper than buying in R.O.B.
