Hi guys

Is it possible to upgrade the Sport Tourer alloys - I like smoked alloys and wondered if it is possible to buy the 111s or 111r alloys - are they expensive and where can I get them from.

If there are any other wheel suggestions that would be interesting.

Thanks
Mark

As far as I know, you coul fit the 111s wheels, but not the 111r.

In addition, I think the 111s wheels are going for about £600 secondhand. Keep the nice 6 spokes, easy to clean and by far the best looking!

yes - but I wouldnt spend my money on a different set of 175 wheels - get the OZ motorsport jobbies and run 195 fronts instead

just look at a pic of a 135R or my car (see profile) - I have a black set with winter rubber and gold with A048's for summer - get them from specialists or www.hangar111.com or dealers

I've been wondering if 135R OZs will fit an S1, and has anybody put any on one?

i ask cos the inside of my back wheels (early S1 wheels) are flaking badly, and instead of refurbing them i was thinking of changing them

Not if done properly at a wheel refurb place - was going to suggest the very same.

you can get similar looking wheels for the S2 - yes quite a difference...you can download a complete tech spec from the Lotus website under tech section to see what original wheels fit.

does that price include them removing the tyres etc? 50 quid a wheel isn't bad if they do a good job

although sinclaires is a bit far from Derby...

The bloke I bought my S2S off had the 8 spoke wheels refinished in the gunmetal/smoke silver colour just before I bought it; tip top job at around £40 a corner removed & refitted www.wheelrefurbishing.co.uk/pricelist.htm near Hemel

[Dealtime: Will swap for a set of 135R OZ rims ]
