Question for PH Ladies - Hats

Mrs Miniman needs a hat. Specifically, a hat to wear to her brother's wedding. It needs to be a black hat (which she is going to "accessorise" with some kind of wrap thing to match her dress), it needs to be a cheap hat, and it needs to be a hat that can be here within a week. Did I mention that this is a question about hats?

Any suggestions? Ta muchly
