rev limiter

when reving my 95 chim to 4500 it seems like the rev limiter is cutting in,but only when i floor it, if i let the revs build up slowly it doesn't do it. I've changed the lamda's, ignition module, engine temp sensor, coil, leads,dizzy cap,rotor arm tightend the vacuum housing and changed the vacuum hose but it is still doing it . has any one got any good ideas?

I'd say have the ecu checked for error codes
