It's related to a fault detected by your check control module. Regelt is German - meaning level or regulation. Your check control module has detected a voltage level that is out of spec. From my experience, this can be caused by a couple of things:
1) aging battery that probably has a lack of water
2) aging check control module that is malfunctioning
3) voltage regulator on your alternator that is not working properly
#1 could be related to #3. If it's #2, the solution is probably replacement of the module. If it's #2, there is no real cause for alarm (other than the annoying message). If it's #1 and/or #3, you may not have that much reserve power in your battery and may also start to see other voltage related gremlins (messages) popping up. Once you get the seat off, battery level is pretty easy to check. It it's low or dry, and the battery is not really old, you're probably overcharging - back to condition #3 - and you should check or replace your voltage regulator module on the alternator.
